funciona. a mí me ha gustado bastante. porque si es importante es limpiarse bien la nariz y secarla para evitar grasa y que se pueda gustar bien las pegatinas. quizás podrían mejorar la calidad del pegamento de las pegatinas. pero es cierto que se nota un montón a la hora de respirar. yo de momento no lo he usado haciendo deporte sino para meditar. no sé si cuando lo use para hacer deporte con el sudor se va a despegar fácilmente la pegatinas. por lo demás se ve muy bien construido y estoy satisfecho

Всем привет, не знаю кто пишет что оно не работает, но это не правда. У меня все прекрасно сработало. Липучки не отлипают, иногда во сне магнитная насадка может упасть, но это не проблема. Если у кого-то накладки пластыря отлипают, то обязательно перед тем как вы приклеиваете их, обработайте те части носа спиртом.

I’ve seen them all over the internet. my bf is always snoring, but it comes both from the mouth and the nose, but I know he would never try a mouth tape for sleeping 🙄 so, i got him this one instead. he has an issue breathing with his nose after it was broken, so I am excited to see if it works!

Seems to be the same thing being sold/marketed as “Intake Breathing”, for a fraction of the cost. It works surprisingly well, for someone like me who has nostrils that cave in when breathing deep. It also stayed on all night, and I’m not someone who can keep a sleep/eye mask on all night, so that impressed me as well. The sticky circles are a bit of a pain though. I had one pair fail, so I cleaned my nose and used toner and tried again. that one also failed. Third times the charm, but that’s 3/15 stickies used.
